Experience an intense ballet hybrid workout with no prior dance experience required.

Class focuses on BASIC BALLET principles and STRENGTH EXERCISES while also working to increase FLEXIBILITY.

This really is a total body workout!

*Participants should wear socks, gripper socks, or ballet shoes. Bring a yoga/pilates mat. Medium to Heavy Weight Resistance Band is needed – if you do not have one please let the studio know. Participants are welcome to also bring 1-3lb weights. Be sure to bring a water bottle as well.
