Ballet FAQ

Each session follows the traditional structure of a ballet class, beginning with foundational barre work, progressing through center exercises, and culminating in across-the-floor combinations. Whether you’re rediscovering a childhood passion or stepping into the studio for the first time, our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way.

Experience is preferred but not required—just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Together, let’s create a space where you can grow, express yourself, and connect with the beauty of ballet.

Participants should wear fitted clothing, leggings or capris and fitted top or leotard, and ballet shoes.
