Meet the Director: Caitlyn Fraser
Known as “Ms. Cait” to her students, she firmly believes dance is an essential part of education, fostering not only strong technique but also social and emotional growth.

Following in her mother’s (Ms. Barbara) footsteps, Caitlyn grew up in the studio, where she found her love for dance and a passion for teaching. Caitlyn holds a B.A. in Dance and a B.S. in Business from the University at Buffalo and took over the direction of the studio in 2008.
At UB, Caitlyn performed with the Zodiaque Studio Dance Ensemble, the “Dazzlers” Dance Team, and also trained in salsa and swing dancing. A lifelong learner, she continues to enrich her education with master classes and online training, most recently earning her iTap Teacher certificate. Caitlyn has performed at choreographic festivals throughout New York and has also served locally as Columbia Players’ choreographer from 2014-2018, with favorite productions including Cinderella (Best Musical – High School Musical Awards 2018), Anything Goes (2016), and Seussical (2014).
