Caitlyn Fraser, Studio Director

Specialties: Tap, Beginning Ballet, Competition Training - Leaps & Turns

Following in her mother’s (Ms Barbara) footsteps, Caitlyn grew up in the studio, where she found her love for dance and a passion for teaching. Caitlyn holds a B.A. in Dance and a B.S. in Business from the University at Buffalo and took over direction of the studio in 2008. At UB, Caitlyn performed with the Zodiaque Studio Dance Ensemble, the “Dazzlers” Dance Team and also explored salsa and swing dancing. A lifelong learner, she continues to enrich her education with master classes and online training. Caitlyn has performed at choreographic festivals throughout New York and served locally as Columbia Players’ choreographer 2014-2018, favorite shows including “Cinderella” (Best Musical – High School Musical Awards 2018), “Anything Goes” (2016) and “Seussical” (2014). “Ms. Cait” firmly believes dance is an important part of education and strives to foster not only strong technique in her classes, but develop social and emotional skills as well.
