This parent and tot class will focus on gross motor skills that relate to body awareness, reaction speed, balance and strength. We will use fingerplay songs for some fun fine motor development as well.

Class revolves around “freedom & focus” moments. Littles are encouraged to play while participating in goal centered activities. We will use shakers, scarves, and various toys during class to aid in transitional development. Every class will end with social playtime.

Caregivers are required to be in the classroom with their little dancer. We will play with shakers, scarves, and toys. Sing one song together with music. Every class ends with social playtime.

We will sit and stand for various songs. Marching/walking, hopping/jumping, and wiggling are typical “dance” moves.

Comfortable clothes that are easy to move around in. Cozy socks. Dancewear not required - but it’s adorable on tiny dancers!
